She brings that same systems-level rigor and executive vision to Smith & Beck — driven equally by clinical expertise and her own lived experience as a sensitive consumer and pet owner who knows firsthand what's at stake when the right information isn't within reach.

Monica is a clinical pharmacist and outcomes strategist with 27 years of experience in pharmacoeconomics, formulary management, and pharmacy benefits strategy. She has built ASHP-accredited residency programs from the ground up and led population health initiatives at scale. Patient safety and quality improvement are the through-lines of her entire career — the lens through which every clinical decision at Smith & Beck is made.
